General Provisions

Withdrawals may only be made to the same method and the same account owner used at the time of deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
As part of security verification, additional documents may be requested for a first-time or large withdrawal. tk717 reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal to prevent fraud.
Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳3,000.
- Deposit ৳16,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳31,000.
Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — the deposit amount is not included.
Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds (৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000).
General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
- After receiving a bonus, funds cannot be withdrawn from the bonus balance — they will only become withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
- tk717 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, tk717 may cancel the bonus on the account in question.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk717 platform:
- Opening or operating an account using a false or another person's identity.
- Operating multiple accounts for the same person ("multi-accounting").
- Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage ("bonus abuse").
- Money laundering or making payments from illegal sources.
- Attempting to technically manipulate game outcomes on the platform.
- Coordinating with other users to influence results ("collusion").
- Placing bets using automated scripts, bots, or software.
- Any cyber attack or hacking attempt against the platform.
Consequences: Any user found engaging in the above prohibited activities will have their account permanently closed and all bonuses forfeited. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.
Account Suspension & Closure

In the following circumstances, tk717 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms.
- Failure to submit identity verification documents.
- Patterns of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Direction from a court or law enforcement agency.
Closure by the User
You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting the support team. The support team will confirm whether any available balance is withdrawable before the account is closed.
A self-exclusion request may also be made under the responsible gaming policy. In that case, the account will not be possible to reactivate for the specified period.
Limitation of Liability
